Pollen-rich honey from the buzzing heart of Petts Wood
Chief B’ keeper
We are a London artisan producer
of the finest honey in the Southern Kingdom. Every day throughout spring and summer, our bees steal wild nectar from the locally protected woodlands of Petts Wood and Hawkwood.
Our team are notoriously hard grafters (not your average nine to hive-rs). A single worker bee has to fly the equivalent of three trips around the globe just to make a single pound jar of our delicious honey. That’s some dedication.
Brian, truth be told, is a bit of a busybody. By day, he plies his trade within the design industry. His honey-making enterprise is just another opportunity to take credit for the hard work of others.
Originally harking from the pristine shores of NZ, he flew to the Queen’s hometown in 2001. Unlike his fellow furry nectar-seeking compadres however, he hired the aviatory services of Air New Zealand, rather than doing it on his own four wings.
